- 12-Month IPTV Subscription: Eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of account activation.
- 24-Month IPTV Subscription: Eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of account activation.
- Lifetime IPTV Subscription: We do not offer refunds for lifetime subscriptions.
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
The following subscriptions and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Lifetime IPTV Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds on lifetime subscriptions once the account has been activated.
- Used Accounts (More Than 7 Days): Accounts that have been in use for more than 7 days are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the subscription type.
- Technical Issues: If your IPTV service is not working, we do not offer refunds. However, we will do our best to resolve the issue by either changing the service or adding more time to your subscription at no extra cost.
